My dad loves these diapers. They fit well and are very absorbent.

Not too bulky but can be used for nocturia for older workers and for vehicle travel (plane, bus tours, cars) where bathrooms may not be available or turbulence causes the restroom to be off limits. When peeing the urine is absorbed fairly evenly as it does not cause gel to bunch up at the front/middle as some briefs do. Good for bronchitis or pneumonia coughing all night as it will keep your bed dry. If I were pregnant I would wear them at night since the tabs can be arranged so as not to put pressure on the baby. As an older worker I wear one each night and just let it go to avoid sleep deprivation. Not too bulky for travel and ease of changing without removing all clothes. I would not recommend them for walking in the neighbourhood because while not bulky they do not have the more sleek athletic look of pull ups active briefs. I usually have to pee several times at night after going once before bed and once in the morning when I get up. I simply cannot get up, turn the light on, then try to get back to sleep, and get up and do a full day's work. Thus I wear these. As soon as I go to bed i usually pee about 3 times within the first two hours, probably about 4 ounces each time. It is just easier to use these. The horizontal position of sleep re-distributes fluid for excretion in older age. When young I used to get up once a night and that was manageable. Last night I peed about 4 to 5 times so I just went in these. Menopause is weird.
