  1. 5 stars

I really do love these waterproof pants. I wear protective underwear under them and I am not even incontinent. I am sure not to leak in the many beautiful harem pants that I own and wear. These waterproof pants are so smooth and comfortable and I feel so secure with them. I love wearing these pants along with other plastic pants from other companies. I have several of these waterproof pants. I highly recommend them for anyone who is incontinent or enjoys wearing them like myself.

These pants are so comfortable, efficcient and enjoyable to wear.

  3. durable ... order larger size!

Posted by ran on 23rd Jun 2018

So far i like these. They are durable and have not cracked or hardened and they are thick enough not to rip easily. The leg elastics are tight (as others state) but i can wear these for 15 hours without problems. Probably look at the largest size you think will work for you, than order the next size up! I will reorder these.

  4. Sadly didn’t work for me

    Too tight on leg

  5. Openings too Tight

Posted by Unknown on 15th Apr 2018

The product is excellent, however the thigh and waist openings are very tight. The back could be higher as well.
I am a 64 year old woman with Multiple Sclerosis. I only weigh 118 pounds, and did not think that I needed to order a Large. I have an average build. My incontinence has gotten worse over the last few months due to family illness. At night I wear two diapers(heavy absorbancy), and a thick pad under the Pull on Pant. This is great exercise but very difficult to handle.
Do you give samples for this manufacturer or a comparable one?

  6. Product Not Usable As Supplied

Posted by Male colectomy patient on 11th Dec 2017

As other reviewers have already pointed out, the leg hole elastics in the Rearz Silence High-Rise Waterproof Pants have been incorrectly specified in the design and manufacturing of this item. What you are getting is a pair of tourniquets that are guaranteed to cut off circulation to the legs, and potentially cause non-trivial injury to people whose health is already compromised. (Come to think of it, wearing these pants could save your life if you decide to walk barelegged through a den of aggressive venomous snakes!)

My own order was for 1 pair, size medium. My waist size falls right in the middle of the specified range for medium, the waist fits fine, the leg hole size is O.K. in terms of the waterproof material, but the leg hole elastics are far too short and too strong. I am fit, physically active, and have a normal body configuration - i.e. the relationship between my waist, hips, and leg circumference is a completely normal one.

Whether the Low-Rise version of the product is also affected, whether all sizes are affected, whether all manufacturing batches are the same, I do not know. But I think Healthwick and Rearz need to sort out exactly what the design and manufacturing problems are with this product, stop selling it in the meantime, and refund the purchase price to everyone who ended up with a completely useless and potentially injurious item, instead of a useful product. Hygiene concerns are irrelevant here, as the dysfunctional product cannot and should not be re-sold.

I am actually willing to keep my pair of these waterproof pants. I used the shipping box they came in, along with some old phone books, to make a stretching block around which the leg elastics are now tightly stretched. Tossed in the back of my wardrobe, I expect to retrieve the thing in about six months and have a usable pair of waterproof pants with more docile leg elastics. And if not, well, it's my problem.

In the meantime, the much cheaper 3-pack of Priva vinyl waterproof pants that I also got with my Healthwick order are working just fine.

  7. elastic leg bands way to small.

Posted by Chuck Ten Brinke on 10th Nov 2017

The leg holes and elastic bands are way to small. While the pants does fit the elastic bands around the leg holes are so tight that they have rubbed the legs raw, and now my son has open wounds around his legs where the elastic bands make contact. Thought I was buying a Gabby's product. I thought wrong, Gabby's a superior product.

Bough 6 pairs and am out $150.00 for 6 pairs he can't wear.

  8. Sizing not correct

Posted by Robert McCutcheon on 15th Sep 2017

The Medium size checked out for both waist and hip {mid range in measurements} but the thighs were too tight. I do not have an irregular body type. I'm left with two pair of pants that cannot be worn. -$60...

  9. Very quiet

great tin the quiet area but order 2 size large then you think

  10. Traveling made easy!

Posted by Unknown on 7th Jun 2017

I just wanted to thank you for your free sample program which allowed me to explore my own needs for free. I was able to try several samples and then select what I needed most: a product that could keep me comfortable during a long international flight of 13.5 hours.

The Abena ABRI form white, the waterproof pants and the 2 free samples of the Tranquility top liner super-plus contour pads made my journey so easy! I put on one Abena Abri-Form White Foil Comfort Briefs with one Tranquility top liner super-plus contour pad and my waterproof pants just before the almost 14 hour flight began. It was hard to wear them by myself and I was in the washroom for so long that my daughter was so anxious and the airline staff were looking for me so I could board the plane first!

To cut a long story short, I had the best experience of my life because the plane toilets are too small and none of the flight attendants bothered to ask me if I needed help to to the washroom. I felt dry even after using it 5 times and at one time I asked my daughter to cover me with her blanket as we removed the top liner and remained with the comfort brief alone. I arrived in Addis Ababa and we were driven straight into our flight to Nairobi. Thanks to my comfort briefs, I was not anxious about going to a toilet. We took a 2 hour flight to Nairobi. My brother met me after a long wait through Customs. We arrived at the serviced apartment we had rented after one hour and by the time we went in, it was around 12:30 pm, nearly 20 hours later since I had struggles with my incontinence briefs at the Toronto Pearson's International Airport. That was when I removed them. I was shocked that I had used only 3 products....the comfort briefs, top liner and one free panty liner which I had worn from Ottawa to Toronto. I never used my lotion or the 4 comfort brief and one top liner which i had stuffed in my carry-ons to use during the flight! What can I say? Thank you for your quality products which made my journey pleasant and worry-free, embarrassment free!!

  11. Rearz pants

Posted by Ray on 14th Apr 2017

From what I've read and from what I've tried on. These r the best u guys have to offer. There comfortable. they help hide the sound of plastic diaper (which i rather wear). They hide the smell a bit more. Ya they could be alil higher in the back but that's the only down side to them.

  12. Good product

This waterproof pants does its job but I found the fit is not ideal. Although it is high-rise, the back still seems too low.
