  1. Very comfortable, very absorbent

Posted by Adrian Merrill on 24th Sep 2018

For the sake of my review, I would like clarify that 1) I've been wearing diapers every day & night of my life since childhood (35 years and counting); and 2) have been wearing the plastic-backed Abena Abri-Form exclusively for almost a decade.

That being said, the Dry 24/7 is a fantastic diaper, ideal for both overnight use (especially if you're a heavy wetter) or extended periods when frequent changes might not be possible (e.g. at work, travelling). Overall it is comfortable and reliable; and I sincerely recommend it to anyone with heavy to severe incontinence.

Aesthetically, this is a plain white diaper. There is no wetness indicator (not really necessary as far as I'm concerned); and aside from the reinforced tapes being blue, there are no other colours.

The outer shell is plastic (poly backed), but isn't as soft as Abena's Abri-Form. With a polyurethane or vinyl pant worn over top, there is very little noise with active movement -- though I can't say how loud the diaper is - or isn't - without a waterproof pant worn overtop because that's not something I do, ever (All diapers leak at some point). Personally, I have *always worn plastic (poly) backed diapers without *any concern about noise because I'd rather feel confident and comfortable and make a bit of noise than wear a "cloth-like" diaper any day of the week.

Due to its high level of absorbency, this diaper is thick enough when dry -- never mind when it's [quite] saturated, but I speak from over three decades of experience when I say that *nobody but you* is going to notice the noise or bulk of this diaper- and if they do... so what?!

The padding coverage in the front of the diaper is T-shaped, and hourglass in the rear. This coverage gives me the confidence I need to sleep soundly through the night (Believe me: if you're stressed or worried about waking up in a wet bed because your diaper might leak, you're wearing the wrong diaper). The elastic waist (front and rear) adds a level of comfort few adult diapers can offer; and I especially appreciate this for overnight use.

The inner moisture barriers (leg guards) run the entire length of the diaper (front to back); and the elastic legs are comfortable.

The padding isn't as soft against my skin as the Abena Abri-Form, but it's not uncomfortable by any means.

The issue with the tapes has been addressed (finally), and they no longer (randomly) come un-stuck - which was a regular issue the last time I bought a case. They adhere very well; but will shift a bit downward as the diaper becomes [increasingly] saturated. Given the capacity of this diaper, this is to be expected.

  2. Excellent!!

Cette couche est vraiment parfaite sur tout les plans....

  3. The best

Posted by Unknown on 14th May 2018

The best of the best. I used this diaper since 5 years. It’s the best diaper I found.

  4. Not bad, but feels crunchy

Posted by Unknown on 25th Feb 2018

The SAP seems to have crystallized and it feels a little crunchy (this may be a bad batch). I would say the other premium diapers (Better Dry, Tena Slip, etc) are more comfortable and a bit nicer overall.

  5. Prone to leaks

Posted by Unknown on 10th Feb 2018

These would have been great but the piping on the inside to catch leaks is flimsy. Leaked much more than usual, but tapes are strong and good size.

  6. Great Diaper

Posted by KC on 7th Jan 2018

Best diaper out there, comfortable, thick. Can be a bit bulky but i can use one all day! Holds tons and I can even wear skinnny jeans with them :)

  7. Finally a diaper that goes the distance!

Posted by Unknown on 20th Dec 2017

I'm a 42 year old guy with High Functioning Autism, A.K.A. Asperger's Syndrome and I am over-joyed that there is a Canadian supplier for this amazing product. I am fully incontinent now for several years due to the effects of Autism after having many different problems with bowel control. Autism-related incontinence is also a very unique situation to have to deal with.

I have used many of the cloth-backed diapers from some of the big-box supermarkets and they were always so inadequate and leaked often and required far too many changes. Weak tapes were also an issue. Being a 6'2" and 220 lbs guy I needed a diaper that could be durable for my active lifestyle and could go the distance that active guys need.

I've tried so many diapers and none had all the qualities I needed until I tried Confidry 24/7. I acquired samples first and then bought 2 bags right after because I was utterly impressed with this superior product. The plastic backed nature of this product is fundamentally important to it's durability and distance-going advantage as well as the thick padding that comes with it. Three changes a day with Tranquility's booster pads are all I need and the tapes of Confidry's diaper are very strong even for a fit and active guy of my size.

Please do not change anything about this product as it is superior the way it is. Thank-you very much for this product.

  8. Not the best diaper

Posted by Doug on 6th Aug 2017

I give this diaper an average review. When it comes to leaks there is no doubt this diaper performs. As someone in there early thirties though this product s a bit embarrassing..basically you feel like your in a big plastic diaper and the whole world is watching... Advantages:leak proof, excellent for overnight, plastic backed, fantastic leg protection Disadvantages: extremely hard to fit, need two people to get it on, tapes don't stick well, very big and bulky, noisy. Like I said it's bad enough needing diapers let alone feeling like you got one on every move you make.

I would still consider having a couple of these diapers hanging around for overnight situations where you need multiple wet protection. They are one of the few plastic diapers left and as far I'm concerned cloth backed diapers shouldn't exist. Day or night plastic is the only choice. If I order them again I would get a small size as they are extremely big.

  9. good absorbsion

Posted by pat m on 4th Jun 2017

good diaper with good absorbsion ideal for a long night

  10. Comfortable and functional

Posted by Unknown on 14th Apr 2017

One of the best diapers I've tried, holds a ton, and doesn't feel too restricting.

  11. The best!

I love this new diaper I sleep all through the night with no interruptions. There a little pricier but we'll wort it no more wet bed and is a bonus for me

  14. No more waiking up during night to change my father's diapers and bedding

Posted by Edmond Margulies on 22nd Sep 2016

I came across the ConfyDry 24/7 Maximum Absorbency Briefs a year ago. Not only my father but myself as his main caregiver and having a full time job during the day, can slip the whole night without having to wake up to change the diapers or diapers and bedding. They are thick enough and very absorbant. Most times in the morning my father's skin is dry and never wrinkled. From this perspective alone we can both rest the whole night.

  15. Best Absorbant Diaper

Posted by Unknown on 21st Aug 2016

This is by far the best diaper I have worn. It is very absorbant and I don't have to worry about leaks. I would recommend this diaper for heavy wetters.

  16. One of the best diapers I've ever used.

Posted by Mike Cooper on 15th Aug 2016

I've worn diapers off and on for pretty much my entire life (ever since begging my mother to put me back in Pampers when I was 4 1/2 years old) and in that time I've tried pretty much every diaper on the market and Confidry 24/7's are definitely in my top 5.
I believe in calling something what it is...if you want to call them 'incontinence breifs then that's up to you but to me they're diapers. They look like diapers, they feel like diapers, you put them on the same way that you put diapers on, you wear them like diapers and you use them like diapers.
That being said, I love these diapers. They don't have a 'wetness indicator', they have a plastic backing which to me is important for 2 reasons: firstly they don't seep or leak the way every 'cloth-backed diaper I've ever worn has which may make them less discreet but I'll gladly trade discretion for performance any day and secondly they remind me of the Pampers I wore (and loved) through the 70's and 80's. With so many companies these days trying to sell cloth like diapers that don't do the job they were designed to do in a half baked attempt to be less noticeable I'm glad that there are still a few companies out there that still make a diaper that performs like a diaper and while there is a (small) chance that someone will hear the telltale crinkle or notice the bulge of my diaper under my pants I would much rather have them notice that than notice my diaper leaking in my pants.

  17. best overnight diaper

Posted by Unknown on 1st Aug 2016

The dry 24/7 diapers are a life savor,I can actually sleep through the night without having to get up and change .with the store brands i was changing at least 2 times a night, so in the long run you are actually saving money by buying the more expensive diapers .THANKS healthwick and drycare

  18. Awesome diaper

Posted by John on 30th Jul 2016

I have tried most of the adult diapers you can buy. I was for the most part wearing Abena and really liked them. These were suggeated to me ...and i thought... Sure give them a try.
Over all this is a very nice diaper. The plastic backing is very nice, i love the size of the tapes, and the absorption is very good.
My only issue really is size. The medium is a large medium. I do like bulky but don't like oversized. Next time i will try the small. If you love diapers as much as i will like these.

  19. Best overnight diapers made

Posted by George on 29th Jun 2016

Until I found the dry 24 / 7 diapers I used other brands but I would use 2 to 3 diapers every 12 hours. They would leak ithrough the night and give you restless sleep.these diapers may cost a bit more but when it comes down to it the 6 diapers in other brands cost less than 3 dry 24 / 7 would so you save money and also on laundry costs.

  20. Great plain diaper

Posted by Unknown on 27th Jun 2016

There are so many diapers out there, and this one is a great one that isn't all fancied up. The tapes are a little narrower, but they seem to stick. Overall, this product does the job.

  21. Incredible overall diaper

Posted by Unknown on 1st Apr 2016

Not the absolute thickest diaper on the market, but still quite padded. Absorbency is amazing, not sure how long it would take to reach max capacity, but I'd say 8-10 hours for sure. The tapes are great and the plastic is nice and thick, they do crinkle quite a bit so they are not all that descret. I'd highly recommend trying these, especially for night time use

  22. Driest diaper on the market! Highly recommended

Posted by Laura on 11th Dec 2015

After months of having to wear multiple diapers at night and still wake up drenched in the morning, I finally came across these on a diaper review website. It was rated to have the highest absorbance and is definitely not mistaken. Thsee keep my grandma dry all night long. Only con is their size. Due to their bulkiness, the diaper causes a little irritation and discomfort. Thank you. A+

  23. Only diapers on the market that stay dry all night long!

Posted by Laura on 8th Dec 2015

My grandmother suffers from severe incontinence. We had to use 3 layers of diapers and still change drenched linen each morning until I tried these. They are huge and do cause some discomfort because of their awkward size, but we'll worth not having to change linen each and every day. Thank you. These are great. A+

  24. One of the best I have found.

Posted by Andrew McKinnon on 2nd Nov 2015

I find the Dry24/7 to be quite good. For my body type, these tend to fit the best and it is great that I can go around 12 hours before needing to change.

Now for those who like discretion, these may not be for you only because these are plastic back and not cloth so there will be a rustle noise when you walk. I prefer plastic over cloth because when you put on a plastic back product tightly, it stays tight.

So if you have accepted your need for these products and don't care what others think, then give these a try, I am sure you will not be disappointed.
