Healthwick accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal as payment options online. For telephone orders, we're also able to accept American Express and Personal Cheques.
Credit Cards and Payment Processing
Healthwick is proud to use industry standard 256-bit encryption for all our secure online payment transactions – the same level of security used by Canadian banks. For maximum security, we do not store your credit card information after your purchase, unless you've approved us to do so through the Automatic Delivery Program.

A: Get in touch with our friendly customer service team by phone and we’d be happy to process your order by phone. Please do NOT send your credit card information by email.
Pay By Cheque
Healthwick is pleased to offer the payment option of cheques for our customers.
To pay by physical cheque, please call us at 1-877-775-6656 to place your order. Your order will be held as pending until your cheque for the full amount is received and cleared. Please note that in most cases, cheques are processed in 3 to 5 business days, which will delay your order. We're sorry but orders cannot be shipped until your cheque is cleared.
For pre-approved customers, Healthwick is happy to offer 30-day terms with invoicing. To request pre-approval, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, address, phone number and average monthly order volume and one of our team members will be in touch shortly regarding your account.
