Compression Stockings Measuring Guide

Measuring for compression stockings can be performed by a certified fitter, but it can also be done easily by yourself at home. To begin, you will need a measuring tape. For best results, measure first thing in the morning as your leg will swell over the course of the day, leading to unreliable measurements if you take a measurement later in the day.
